Locations: Fort Worth, TX; McAllen, TX; Reynosa, Mexico Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Corporate Operations Manager to lead and oversee our packaging companies manufacturing, maintenance, distribution, and safety operations across our three facilities. This role is critical in driving production efficiency, reducing waste, and ensuring compliance with safety and facility standards. As a key leader in our organization, you will develop and implement strategies that optimize labor, streamline processes, and enhance productivity. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a proven track record in operations management and a strong ability to manage cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities: Operations Management: Design and execute strategies to improve production processes and labor efficiencies. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Maintenance Oversight: Manage maintenance schedules to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime. Oversee the implementation of preventative maintenance programs. Distribution & Logistics: Coordinate inventory and logistics to meet production and distribution goals. Ensure efficient and timely delivery of materials and finished goods. Safety & Compliance: Uphold safety protocols and ensure adherence to OSHA and local regulations. Lead safety audits and implement corrective measures to address any non-compliance. Cost Optimization & Waste Reduction: Identify opportunities to reduce material and labor waste without compromising quality. Implement cost-saving initiatives to optimize operational performance. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor cross-functional teams to foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
