Corporate Product Trainer- ALC Field Operations

About the position

Carrier is seeking an established Technical Product Training professional. Conducts and customizes training sessions and maintains contacts with customers, technical organizations and departments. Provides demonstrations, develops training aids and materials, and administers tests following product or module training.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person and Virtual online training to internal employees and customers
• Schedule and track training progress for assigned internal employees including Certification status
• Provide training pricing/proposals for external customers including registration and billing
• Assist in the development and updating of technical course material

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree and 2+ years of field operations experience OR 5+ years field operations experience

Nice-to-haves

• Theoretical to advanced knowledge obtained through a University degree, combined with experience
• Practical knowledge of Carrier organization, programs or systems with the ability to make enhancements and leverage in daily work
