About the position

The Corporate R&D Digital Core PLM Product Analyst plays a critical role in supporting the product owners to enable a global, cross-segment R&D digitalization program focused on Product Lifecycle Management (PLM). This position is essential for delivering system-driven solutions to data and processes, ensuring compliance with PLM processes, and facilitating the deployment of next-generation digital capabilities across the organization. The role is transformation funded and is expected to last around three years, contributing to the efficiency, speed, and future-proofing of Mars' business operations.

Responsibilities

• Support the R&D transformation product owners to optimize team workflows related to Product Lifecycle Management.
• Ensure development complies with PLM processes and aligns with the global cross-segment R&D digitalization strategy.
• Act as an ambassador for core corporate capabilities, driving alignment with Segment/Division representatives.
• Gather external insights on PLM advancements to enhance R&D processes and capabilities.
• Support the systems product vision by managing goals, capabilities, and required investments.
• Document changes to align systems with Global Standards, Procedures, and Processes, enhancing data quality.
• Facilitate communication of product changes at key milestones to ensure smooth transitions.
• Maximize the accelerated deployment of new digital products into segments, providing training and guidance.
• Participate in the community of practice and support the creation of training materials.
• Aid in end-to-end testing and knowledge transfer for successful user adoption of changes.

Requirements

• Minimum bachelor's degree in science or equivalent in food safety/food science or related subject area.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative in a virtual/remote environment across multiple time zones and cultures.
