Corporate Trainer - Bilingual

About the position

AVI Foodsystems is seeking a Bilingual Corporate Trainer to contribute to the development and performance improvement of a growing organization to join our team at our Warren, Ohio headquarters. The position of Corporate Trainer with AVI Foodsystems offers an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual to assist in creating and driving suitable training initiatives in the field. This is a great opportunity for an individual who is creative, passionate, driven and is very comfortable facilitating training at all different levels within the organization and community as well as content design/development. The position would require up to 50% travel.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging training materials including multimedia visual aids and presentations
• Deliver training presentations, including preparation, facilitation and evaluation
• Deliver, evaluate and partner in the control of the quality of in-service educational programs in accordance with established policies and procedures
• Develop job performance aids and classroom related printed text materials based on identified performance objectives
• Work with leaders to identify trends, gaps and opportunities for learning programs in the field
• Drive training technology effectiveness within the company
• Create an environment which promotes teamwork, pride and great service
• Ensure all training programs are compliant with government standards
• Assist in keeping all training materials and manuals current
• Post evaluation of courses/materials and any adjustments as required
• Related duties as assigned

Requirements

• At least 3 years of relevant experience preferred
• Must be fluent with English and Spanish speaking and writing
• Detail-oriented and able to simultaneously see multiple projects through to completion
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self-starter and team player
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), general knowledge of video editing and instructional design platforms
• Ability to work in a fast pace dynamic environment
• Ability to interface with all levels in the organization
