Responsibilities

• Drive and exceed sales goals by providing a personalized beauty experience based on individual customer needs.
• Provide a high level of service based on customer preference by leveraging product knowledge and providing expert advice to each customer.
• Offer customers compelling experiences and opportunities to discover products, fostering relationships that encourage repeat visits.
• Provide outstanding service in person, virtually, or over the phone.
• Drive customer acquisition and nurture client relationships through impactful outreach using MyClient.
• Participate in pre-selling and sales driving events.
• Stay updated with all training through Beauty Playground and attend vendor trainings as assigned.
• Self-motivate to remain current on brand-related product knowledge and beauty trends.
• Collaborate with Counter Manager and CSX Manager to identify business-driving opportunities.
• Meet regularly with your supervisor to discuss performance, goals, and actions.
• Ensure timely processing of new receipts, damages, testers, and returns to vendors (RTVs).
• Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment in alignment with company standards and guidelines.
• Demonstrate regular, dependable attendance and punctuality.
