About the position
Electric Burrito, a high-volume, fast-casual burrito shop located in Chelsea, is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Counter Server to join our team. This full-time position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy interacting with customers. As a Counter Server, you will be the face of our establishment, responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a smooth operation at the front of the house. Your role will involve taking orders, processing payments, and managing various order types, including in-store, phone, and third-party app orders. You will also be responsible for packaging orders efficiently and maintaining a clean and welcoming front-of-house area. We are looking for someone who is not only skilled in customer service but also possesses a positive attitude and strong communication skills. Responsibilities
- Taking in-store orders and processing payments

Requirements
- 1 year of experience in a customer service role
