About The Position

The Crate Assembler is responsible for constructing crates for large machinery using various tools and equipment. This role requires flexibility in daily tasks and emphasizes the importance of perfect attendance. Cross-training opportunities are provided to enhance skill development.

Requirements

• Experience in construction, framing, or crate building
• Experience with hand tools and power tools, including pneumatic tools
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong team working abilities and independence
• Willingness to work overtime

Nice To Haves

• Saw operating experience
• Carpentry experience
• Familiarity with tape measures, table saws, and miter saws

Responsibilities

• Build crates for large machinery
• Use nail gun and staple gun
• Operate various saws including table saws and band saws
• Measure materials using tape measures
• Work as part of a team and independently
• Maintain flexibility to handle different tasks as needed
