We are looking for a strategic creative thinker and leader with an emphasis on visual expression. This role is responsible for the institutional knowledge of our client's visual brand standards and language, ensuring consistency and application. The Creative Director will completely own one or more work-streams and act as a trusted partner to clients, business leads, and strategists. This position involves working alongside strategy and business leads to shape briefs and strategic approaches, developing and directing overarching ideas, and overseeing creative teams from Associate Creative Director down. The role includes guiding, shaping, and developing ideation from subordinates, managing inter-team issues, collaborating on team capabilities and structures, identifying problem areas and opportunities, and working with teams across the agency to create solutions.
