About the position

The Creative Director at Global-5 Communications will lead a talented team of graphic artists, animators, videographers, editors, and web developers. This role is pivotal in providing creative direction for all visual products while fostering talent development within the department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in visual storytelling and a passion for guiding creative teams to deliver exceptional content that resonates with audiences worldwide.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire a diverse team of creative professionals to deliver exceptional visual content.
  • Oversee the entire creative process, from concept development to final execution.
  • Develop and implement innovative design strategies that align with Global-5's brand vision and goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive storytelling across all platforms.
  • Mentor and nurture talent within the department, providing constructive feedback and growth opportunities.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and techniques to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Present creative concepts and strategies to stakeholders, incorporating their feedback into the design process.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Creative Direction, Creative Strategy, and Branding skills.
  • Art Direction and Graphic Design skills.
  • Experience leading and managing creative teams.
  • Demonstrated portfolio of successful branding and design projects.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in a creative role, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
  • Proven track record of managing a diverse team and driving successful creative projects.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of visual styles and formats.
  • Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, etc.) and web development tools.
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively under pressure.
