About the position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced individual to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of contract administration and claims management including track, issue and monitor payments regarding performance against contracts. Payments includes fines assessed by customers, claims against customers and suppliers, and supporting the Contract and Claim Manager for the region.

Responsibilities

  • Execution of obligated payments for contracts.
  • Ensuring key stakeholders are aware of various aspects of contracts.
  • Identifying patterns of fines and notifying business leaders.
  • Tracking of all payments.
  • Conducting quarterly update meetings regarding contracts.
  • Investigating, analyzing, and resolving claims in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Preparing and presenting claims documentation and reports.
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to resolve disputes and claims.
  • Identifying potential risks and developing strategies to mitigate them.
  • Providing advice on contractual and claims-related risks to management.
  • Ensuring all contracts and claims comply with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Staying updated on changes in legislation and industry standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, or finance OR minimum 2 years of experience if no relevant bachelor’s degree.
  • Strong knowledge of process development and execution.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of pricing and/or accounts reconciliation.
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.

Nice-to-haves

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in contract administration, claims management or pricing processes.
  • Prior experience with auditing.
