About the position

The Credit Portfolio Manager I plays a crucial role within the Community Credit Management team at TD Bank, focusing on underwriting and managing credit portfolios for new and existing opportunities. This position primarily supports the North & Central Florida Community Banking group, dealing with Commercial and Industrial (C&I) relationships and Investment Commercial Real Estate (Inv. CRE) relationships, particularly those with annual revenues under $100 million.

Responsibilities

• Provide underwriting and portfolio management for new and existing credit opportunities.
• Support the Community Credit Management team in managing C&I relationships.
• Analyze credit risk and make recommendations for credit approvals.
• Monitor and manage the performance of credit portfolios.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with credit policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in credit analysis or portfolio management.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Commercial and Industrial (C&I) lending.
