The average transaction size ranges from $10 million to $150 million, focusing on enterprise value loans, leveraged lending, and syndicated transactions. As a Credit Portfolio Manager II, you will be responsible for performing financial analyses to make informed credit decisions on both new and existing business. You will support the commercial banking team by recommending credit solutions that add value to our customers. Your role will involve managing a designated portfolio of Middle Market commercial loans, ensuring compliance with loan agreements, regulatory requirements, and underwriting and risk rating policies. You will oversee the overall risk profile of the portfolio, identifying potential macro and micro risk issues early on. In this position, you will provide leadership by hiring top talent, setting goals, developing staff, managing performance, and promoting teamwork. You will manage complex credit activities to ensure quality performance and consistency in underwriting, while also leading commercial and credit-related initiatives. Your expertise will be sought as a consultant to business lines regarding credit issues, processes, and procedures, and you will work closely with senior management to manage expectations and negotiate timelines. Additionally, you will coordinate with Relationship Managers to conduct routine financial analyses and credit investigations, ensuring adherence to policy and maintaining confidentiality of credit and customer information at all times.
