About the position
The Crew Leader will oversee and lead a team of insulation installers, ensuring high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency in the installation process. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical knowledge of insulation materials and techniques, and the ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and lead a team of insulation installers.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards during installation.
- Provide training and support to team members on insulation techniques and materials.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members regarding project progress and requirements.
- Manage project timelines and ensure timely completion of installations.
Requirements
- Valid Driver's License (Preferred)
- Building Performance Institute (BPI) certification (Required)
- Lead Paint RRP Certification (Preferred)
- OSHA 30 Certification (Preferred)
- Experience in leadership roles.
