About the position

The Lead Agile Coach at Cricket Wireless is responsible for driving the transformation of the organization towards agile methodologies, particularly the Scrum framework. This role requires a senior-level experience in coaching, mentoring, and training teams to adopt agile practices effectively. The Agile Coach will work closely with various levels of the organization, including leadership, to enhance agility and ensure the delivery of value in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Develop and coach individuals and teams in agile methodologies.
• Drive the adoption of Scrum principles and values throughout the organization.
• Lead coaching and tactics for implementing professional scrum-based teams.
• Mentor scrum masters, product owners, and developers in their roles.
• Guide business product ownership in maturing product management discipline.
• Coach leadership and managers on their roles in a scrum-based organization.
• Create engaging training materials on various agile topics.
• Assist teams in developing agile value metrics for fast feedback loops.
• Provide guidance on scrum scaling and cross-team coordination.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Applied Science, Electrical Engineering, or Math; Developer nanodegree; or equivalent experience.
• 5-8 years of experience in agile coaching and transformation.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with various industry scaling frameworks for agile.
• Strong facilitation skills and background in training.
