CRM Marketing Specialist

About the position

As a CRM Marketing Specialist based in Warwick, you’ll be responsible for managing CRM marketing cloud campaigns focusing on key upcoming projects as well as BAU and automations. You will create personalised, engaging customer journeys using our Marketing Cloud automation and AMPScript mostly via email, SMS and WhatsApp. Additionally, you will drive the expansion of our customer journey campaigns, using multi-channel communication methods to optimise customer communications. This role requires working collaboratively with the Digital Team, Marketing Managers, and IT to ensure smooth execution and alignment of communications strategies. This is a full-time, 12 month fixed term contract hybrid role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday between 8.00am – 5.00pm, with 2 days a week from home.

Responsibilities

• Managing CRM marketing cloud campaigns focusing on key upcoming projects and BAU automations.
• Creating personalised, engaging customer journeys using Marketing Cloud automation and AMPScript via email, SMS, and WhatsApp.
• Driving the expansion of customer journey campaigns using multi-channel communication methods.
• Collaborating with the Digital Team, Marketing Managers, and IT to ensure smooth execution and alignment of communications strategies.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Marketing Cloud is essential.
• Experience in CRM, data marketing, email marketing, lead generation, and GDPR.
• Excellent campaign management, planning, and analytical skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Ideally, experience with AMPscript is preferred.
