About the position

Carle Health is looking for Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join their anesthesia team at Carle Health Methodist Hospital in Peoria, Illinois. This role offers a daytime-only schedule with no overnight calls, allowing for a balanced work-life environment. The position emphasizes collaboration within a large team of anesthesiologists and CRNAs, focusing on patient-centered care and diverse case exposure.

Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care in a variety of surgical settings including orthopedics, neuro, ENT, urology, general surgery, plastics, podiatry, GI, electrophysiology, vascular, and healthy pediatrics.
• Collaborate with a team of 15 anesthesiologists and 30 CRNAs to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Participate in a supportive surgical environment with experienced staff.
• Manage and coordinate weekend shifts, with the option to find replacements among teammates.

Requirements

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing Anesthesia.
• Current Illinois Advanced Practice Nurse license.
• Current certification through NBCRNA.
• Certified in ACLS.
