Are you ready to make an impact in the rapidly growing SaaS industry? Submittable is looking for a dynamic, motivated, and goal-oriented Enterprise Sales Development Representative to join our expanding team. In this role, you'll leverage your sales, research, and relationship-building skills to uncover new opportunities and introduce prospective clients to Submittable's top-rated Grants Management and Social Impact Platforms. This role is responsible for generating sales-qualified outbound leads within the Corporate & nonprofit enterprise space.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in a Sales Development role, with a strong track record of generating SQLs.
  • Proficiency with a sales tech stack, including Salesforce, SalesLoft, and Gong.
  • Familiarity with the unique needs of corporations and nonprofits is highly desirable.
  • Ability to deliver compelling and tailored messaging that resonates with diverse audiences.
  • A demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales development goals.
  • A team player who partners effectively with AEs and the broader sales team.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and target decision-makers within enterprise-level corporations and foundations to initiate meaningful conversations about Submittable.
  • Transform cold leads into Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) through strategic and consistent engagement.
  • Collaborate with Enterprise Account Executives (AEs) to schedule meetings with qualified prospects.
  • Leverage tools like Salesforce, SalesLoft, and Gong to maximize outreach effectiveness.
  • Understand prospects' business challenges and position Submittable as the ideal solution to address those needs.
  • Support Enterprise AEs by executing strategies to nurture longer-lead prospects and those not yet in the pipeline.
  • Provide accurate and timely responses to prospects' questions while demonstrating a deep understanding of the corporate and nonprofit sectors.
  • Develop a comprehensive knowledge of Submittable's platform, highlighting how its features and functions solve key challenges in the corporate and nonprofit spaces.
