CT Technologist - Part time

About the position

CT Technologist in the Radiology Department at Good Samaritan Hospital, in Greensboro GA. This is a part-time weekend position with a shift from Saturday and Sunday 7a to 7p. The role involves performing radiographic and CT procedures under the direction of a Radiologist, requiring independent judgment and technical expertise. The position also includes working with Diagnostic X-rays and assisting in special procedures such as biopsies and angiography studies.

Responsibilities

• Perform radiographic and CT procedures at a technical level not requiring constant supervision.
• Conduct routine CT scans on pediatric, adolescent, adult, geriatric, and trauma patients.
• Assist the radiologist in special procedures such as biopsies, drain tube placements, injections, and markings.
• Perform angiography studies of the brain, neck, and chest with 3D reformats.

Requirements

• Registered or registry eligible with ARRT.
• Graduate of formal Radiographic technology training in an AMA-Approved school.
• One year experience in a hospital environment preferred.
