Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED
- Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Radiologic Sciences or Graduate of an AMA-approved school of Radiologic Technology
- Specific Training in Computerized Tomography-GE VCT required
- Two to five years experience specific to CT
- Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) with advanced certification in CT
- Licensed by the Texas Department of Health as a Medical Radiologic Technologist - (MRT)
- CPR certified
- Graduate of an accredited school of Radiology Technology
- 0-1 years of experience with competency in components of computed tomography
- Possession of current registry in Radiology and CT
- Possession of current state registration (as applicable to the state in which the position resides)
- AHA BLS required upon hire
- Skilled in starting IV's and injection of contrast
