The candidate must have a total number of years of experience in a school district and specifically within Pine Tree ISD. The role involves ensuring that all maintenance tasks are performed efficiently and effectively, contributing to the overall functionality of the school environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance tasks as required.
• Handle HVAC systems maintenance and repairs.
• Conduct plumbing repairs and installations.
• Execute framing tasks as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.

Requirements

• Hold the appropriate degree(s) as listed in the job description.
• Provide verification of legal right to work in the United States.
• Consent to background checks and verification of previous employment.
