As a Customer Account Specialist, you will serve as the subject matter expert and point of escalation for all account specialists. Your role will involve providing support and prioritization for the team through best practices. You will be responsible for training new team members and maintaining departmental Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Acting as the Point of Contact for a group of assigned accounts, you will drive customer satisfaction and be accountable for all customer-facing activities and duties, including but not limited to P.O. review, bookings & upselling, RMA's, credits, reports, follow-up/status, and resolution/relationship management. As a major contributor to the achievement of our annual goals, this role requires that you work collaboratively with all departments within our organization. Your core responsibilities will include analyzing customer accounts with strategies to best support the team, tracking progress against KPIs, and providing reports on gap analysis. You will manage Aftermarket Spares' customer accounts, which involves quoting, purchase-order review, bookings, upselling, credits, returns, reports, follow-up/status, resolution/relationship management, performance analysis/tracking, and driving month/quarter/year opportunity potentials. You will actively participate in DLA's and build internal and external relationships, collaborating with all teams to hit budgets, fill gaps, and drive orders & sales. Additionally, you will lead and participate in the development of a full-scope Americas Sales Team and travel for the company as required for industry conferences, trade shows, sales meetings, and customer visits. You will work closely with Supply Chain, Operations, Quality, and Trade Compliance to ensure all customer requirements and commitments are met, and lead process improvement initiatives as required with your respective customer base. Lastly, you will participate in creating, maintaining, changing, executing, training on, and documenting Standard Work.
