The Customer Account Specialist (CAS) plays a crucial role in establishing and maintaining strong customer relationships by delivering exceptional service. The CAS is expected to be knowledgeable across all lines of business and regions, ensuring that customer expectations are not only met but exceeded.

Responsibilities

  • Intermediate proficiency in Excel and MS Office applications.
