In this role, you will collaborate with internal teams and prospective clients to identify opportunities for automation, design sophisticated workflows, and support complex integrations that address real-world business challenges. You will blend presales consultation with hands-on technical support-translating customer needs into actionable solutions that enhance productivity, reduce operational overhead, and streamline critical processes.
