The Customer Service Representative plays a critical role in ensuring we meet that goal. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for answering inquiries by collecting information, researching, and providing accurate information to customers. They will resolve problems by listening to customer issues, researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions, implementing solutions, and escalating unresolved problems when necessary. Additionally, they will document resolutions or next steps and sell additional services by recognizing sales opportunities. Maintaining the call center database by entering information accurately and in a timely manner is also a key responsibility. The representative will keep equipment operational by following established procedures and participate in on-the-job educational opportunities provided by American Signature Inc.
