About the position

As a Customer Care Specialist at TAG Heuer / LVMH W&J, you will serve as a vital ambassador for the brand, acting as the primary point of contact for a diverse clientele. Responsibilities

  • Provide elevated customer interaction and support through inbound and outbound communication across multiple channels (phone, email, live chat).
  • Address a wide range of customer inquiries related to products, services, orders, and account management, consistently exceeding expectations.
  • Proactively monitor and follow up on customer interactions to ensure complete resolution and ongoing satisfaction.
  • Cultivate and nurture long-term relationships with key clients, anticipating their needs and offering bespoke solutions.
  • Leverage customer preferences and purchase history to personalize interactions and enhance customer loyalty.
  • Act as a knowledgeable brand ambassador, articulating product features and company policies clearly.
  • Analyze customer issues and employ effective troubleshooting techniques to determine optimal resolution strategies.
  • Document all customer interactions within the CRM system, ensuring accurate and accessible records.
  • Identify opportunities to expand customer relationships and drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling.
  • Analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in service processes and customer experience.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a customer service role with a track record of handling inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated sales acumen and a proactive approach to identifying sales opportunities.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and customer service platforms.
