Responsibilities

  • Maintain strategic client relationships.
  • Partner with the sales team in identifying and closing sales opportunities.
  • Ensure products meet performance capabilities and expectations.
  • Provide critical solutions for improved yield performance.
  • Collect requirements for future products by understanding customer processes and technology trends.
  • Ensure alignment between customer needs and product offerings to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Master's Level Degree OR Bachelor's Level Degree with at least 2 years of experience.
  • Degree in Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Material Science or related field.
  • Ability to perform complex data/image analysis using data-analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
  • Teamwork is critical, requiring a good balance between technical skills and people skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • A background in IC processing OR Semiconductor equipment is desirable, but not mandatory.
