Responsibilities
- Maintain strategic client relationships.
- Partner with the sales team in identifying and closing sales opportunities.
- Ensure products meet performance capabilities and expectations.
- Provide critical solutions for improved yield performance.
- Collect requirements for future products by understanding customer processes and technology trends.
- Ensure alignment between customer needs and product offerings to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Master's Level Degree OR Bachelor's Level Degree with at least 2 years of experience.
- Degree in Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Material Science or related field.
- Ability to perform complex data/image analysis using data-analysis tools.
- Excellent communication, organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Teamwork is critical, requiring a good balance between technical skills and people skills.
Nice-to-haves
- A background in IC processing OR Semiconductor equipment is desirable, but not mandatory.
