About the position

The Customer Experience Manager at Victoria's Secret is a leadership role focused on delivering exceptional customer and associate experiences to drive sales growth. This position involves coaching and developing the sales team, managing performance, and ensuring operational excellence through visual merchandising and effective payroll management.

Responsibilities

  • Drive and grow top-line sales by leading the sales floor and coaching the team.
  • Manage performance and support operational excellence through visual standards and merchandise availability.
  • Conduct associate observations and ensure all roles work collaboratively for the benefit of the team and customers.
  • Link results to behaviors and actions to drive sales.
  • Manage labor hours to optimize sales and profit.
  • Maintain the overall appearance and presentation of the brand through visual merchandising standards.
  • Collaborate with Sales Leadership Teams for effective communication and execution of brand actions.
  • Demonstrate and lead adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Execute additional duties such as floorset mapping, product launch support, staffing, onboarding, and shipment processing.

  • Ability to stand for long periods, bend, kneel, and lift as needed.
  • Proficiency in using technology such as headsets, mobile devices, and computers.
  • 3+ years of retail leadership experience preferred.
