Responsibilities

• Implement upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities.

• Communicate product information clearly and persuasively to drive sales.

Requirements

• Proven experience in customer service or sales roles is preferred.
• Multilingual abilities are a plus, especially proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers.
• Familiarity with data entry procedures and accuracy in maintaining records.
• Ability to analyze customer behavior and preferences to enhance sales strategies.
