About the position

The Customer Service Associate plays a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience at Raising Cane's. This entry-level position focuses on providing excellent customer service, taking orders, assembling and delivering food, and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area. The role is designed for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and offers opportunities for growth and development within the restaurant industry.

Responsibilities

• Take orders in the drive-thru
• Assemble and deliver food to customers
• Clean the dining room
• Engage with customers
• Process payments efficiently
• Follow proper safety procedures when handling and/or preparing food
• Multitask effectively during busy periods

Requirements

• Must be 16 years of age or older
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to show up to scheduled shifts on time
• Ability to lift and carry, push or pull heavy objects up to 50 pounds
• Ability to kneel, bend, twist or stoop
• Ability to ascend or descend stairs
• Ability to reach and grasp objects (including above head and below waistline)
• Ability to work under pressure and at a fast pace
