Responsibilities

  • Handle all on-site brand management and client management including presentations, sales and marketing
  • Facilitate customer enrollment on behalf of our clients
  • Work with fellow associates to successfully execute outreach in assigned areas
  • Maintain a clean and professional image at all times
  • Stay up to date with all client information, their non-profit status and community initiatives
  • Participate in group training opportunities

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or client service related role
  • Some college coursework in a related field preferred but not required
  • A desire to be in a leadership and mentoring role
  • A drive to grow with a company and develop long term career opportunities
  • An open mind and willingness to continue learning new concepts and strategies
