Responsibilities

• Answer 40-50 inbound/outbound calls a day.
• Assist customers with payment options, escrow items, and general mortgage information.
• Discuss Mr. Cooper customer benefits like Paperless, Mobile App, Web, and IVR.
• Assist customers that are 30 days or less due on their mortgage payment.

Requirements

• 6 months or more of customer service experience.
• 6 months or more of call center experience.
