About the position

As a Customer Service Associate at Raising Cane's, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. This includes taking orders in the drive-thru, assembling and delivering food to customers, maintaining cleanliness in the dining area, and engaging with customers to ensure their satisfaction. We are looking for individuals who can thrive in an upbeat atmosphere and are eager to contribute positively to our team. This position is entry-level, meaning no prior restaurant experience is required. We offer comprehensive paid training to ensure you are well-prepared for your role. As you grow within the company, there are opportunities for pay increases based on additional training, certifications, and performance evaluations. Within your first year, you could earn up to an additional $1.50 per hour. Responsibilities

  • Take orders in the drive-thru and process payments efficiently.
  • Assemble and deliver food to customers.
  • Maintain cleanliness in the dining room and other areas of the restaurant.
  • Engage with customers to provide quick and friendly service.
  • Assist other crewmembers in completing tasks and assignments.
  • Follow proper safety procedures when handling and/or preparing food.
  • Multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Must be 16 years of age or older.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to show up to scheduled shifts on time.
  • Ability to lift and carry, push or pull heavy objects up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to kneel, bend, twist, or stoop as needed.
  • Ability to ascend or descend stairs and reach for objects above head and below waistline.
  • Ability to work under pressure and at a fast pace.

Nice-to-haves

  • Previous experience in customer service or a service-oriented role is a plus.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and assist others.
