About the position

Responsibilities
- Drive to deliver courier items and accountable items such as FedEx, UPS, and Certified Mail.
- Research and route unidentified and generic mail.
- Coordinate, stage, and transport bulk mail items.
- Receive, log, deliver, and track messenger items.
- Process customized packaging and other customer special requests.
- Follow established processes in the client's standard operating procedures (SOPAs).
- Monitor packages for hazardous and suspicious materials.
- Respond to customer inquiries and needs promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of customer inquiries and fulfillment of requests.
- Keep delivery lists and mail cart folders updated with names and locations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
