Responsibilities
- Operate cash register and handle customer transactions.
- Assist with front line food preparation procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining room and parking lot.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing quick and efficient service.
- Provide consistent product portions and quality service.
- Maintain knowledge and operation of all equipment.
- Follow safety rules, policies, and procedures.
Requirements
- Some high school courses preferred.
- Good interpersonal communication skills to work with customers and employees.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions and read recipes.
- Basic knowledge of fast food operations and cash register procedures.
- Attention to detail and ability to cope with pressure.
- Ability to work as a team member with minimal disruption to others.
- Ability to tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs., and stooping during 90% of shift time.
- Good manual dexterity to work rapidly and accurately during rush periods.
- Ability to count money and give change correctly.
