Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and process orders accurately via phone, in-person, and online platforms
• Operate point-of-sale systems and handle cash transactions with precision
• Make all the delicious products that we sell
• Expedite food preparation and delivery processes to ensure timely order fulfillment
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to food safety standards
• Collaborate with staff to ensure order accuracy and quality
• Manage inventory and stock ingredients as needed
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and special requests professionally and efficiently
• Assist in training new team members on customer service procedures and best practices
• Contribute to a positive team atmosphere by supporting colleagues during peak hours

Requirements

• Must be 16 years of age or older
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent customer service orientation with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions accurately
• Proficiency in operating computer systems and point-of-sale software
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with a focus on order accuracy and quality control
• Flexible availability to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
• Team player mentality with a willingness to assist colleagues as needed

• Ability to work in varying temperatures (from cooler to hot kitchen areas)
