About the position

The Remote Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher at San Gabriel Valley Roofing is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, addressing questions, concerns, and service requests with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Utilize our CRM system, Service Titan, to manage customer interactions, schedule service appointments, and dispatch technicians.
  • Coordinate with field technicians to ensure timely response to service requests and efficient allocation of resources.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service appointments, and dispatch activities to ensure proper documentation and billing.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide proactive solutions to enhance the customer experience.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and procedures to streamline operations and increase customer satisfaction.
  • Work independently in a remote environment while maintaining regular communication with team members and management.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in customer service, dispatching, or a related field, preferably within the roofing industry.
  • Familiarity with CRM software, Service Titan, is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-focused approach.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a remote team.
  • Reliable internet connection and home office setup conducive to remote work.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in sales is a plus.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
