About the position

As a Customer Service Representative Fueler/Washer at Penske, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that vehicles are fueled, cleaned, and safe for customers. This position serves as the first point of contact for customers, providing them with a positive experience as they arrive and depart. The role offers an opportunity to learn about vehicle maintenance and advance to a technician position, with comprehensive training provided.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers and ensuring they have a great experience while fueling and washing vehicles.
• Performing vehicle readiness inspections to check tires, fluids, and other basic maintenance items.
• Maintaining clean and safe facilities for customers and associates.
• Building skills through training to perform minor repairs such as installing and rotating tires and conducting preventive maintenance repairs.
• Completing other projects and tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• High school diploma, equivalent, or prior work experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work well as part of a team.
• Willingness to work outside.
• Basic mechanical ability and tool usage (preferred).
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to understand and comply with specific instructions and safety regulations.
• Regular, predictable attendance is essential.
