About the position
The Customer Service Representative role at Couche-Tard involves engaging with customers in a fast-paced environment, providing excellent service, and maintaining store standards. This position offers flexible scheduling and opportunities for career advancement within a large, stable employer.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide fast and friendly service.
- Run the register and handle cash transactions.
- Make purchase suggestions to customers.
- Assist with the food program as needed.
- Maintain high standards for store appearance both inside and outside.
- Interact with customers daily and work as part of a team to accomplish daily tasks.
Requirements
- Retail and customer service experience preferred.
- Sales associate or cashiering experience is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
- Ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift.
- Ability to occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
