About the position
The Customer Service Representative at CEFCO Convenience Stores plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to customers while maintaining a clean and organized store environment. This position involves engaging with customers, promoting products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Responsibilities
- Provide top-notch service to every customer.
- Cross-sell items to complement the customer's purchase and highlight current marketing promotions.
- Assist in maintaining a clean store, including taking out trash, sweeping, and mopping.
- Stock shelves and coolers and assist with receiving deliveries to the store.
Requirements
- A can-do attitude and customer service-driven personality.
- 6 months to 1-year prior customer service experience; cash handling is a plus.
- The ability to work a flexible schedule.
- A results-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- The ability to successfully complete the TABC Certification and Food Handlers Certificates.
