About the position

The Customer Service Representative at CEFCO Convenience Stores plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to customers while maintaining a clean and organized store environment. This position involves engaging with customers, promoting products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. The role is available for both part-time and full-time employees, with opportunities for career development and internal promotions.

Responsibilities

  • Provide top-notch service to every customer.
  • Cross-sell items to complement the customer's purchase and highlight current marketing promotions.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean store, including taking out trash, sweeping, and mopping.
  • Stock shelves and coolers and assist with receiving deliveries to the store.

Requirements

  • A can-do attitude and customer service-driven personality.
  • 6 months to 1-year prior customer service experience; cash handling is a plus.
  • The ability to work a flexible schedule.
  • A results-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • The ability to successfully complete the TABC Certification and Food Handlers Certificates.
