Customer Service Representative

About the position

Zoom Tan is currently hiring for an amazing Customer Service representative to work in our Blasdell office! We have great benefits, amazing staff, and a wonderful culture! Check us out! We are seeking individuals that have excellent verbal communication/customer service skills and attention to detail to work at our corporate office assisting our clients and salon employees by phone with their needs. The call center is open 7 days a week, so weekend availability is required. Starting Pay: $20/hour.

Responsibilities

• Serving as the primary point of contact for our clients and salon personnel to provide information and assist in resolving issues.
• Receive a high volume of inbound calls; record the details of calls and the actions that were taken.
• Refer any unresolved issues to the Customer Service or Salon Support Manager for investigation and resolution.
• Perform various office tasks such as copying forms, mailing client correspondence and other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with working in multiple software platforms simultaneously.
• Possess the ability to make appropriate decisions and remain calm and courteous at all times.
• Be able to work well within a team environment and individually.
• Prior Call Center/Customer Service experience preferred, but not required.
• Must have exceptional attendance and work ethic.
