About the position

The Customer Service Representative at Fossil Retail Stores plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the store's operations. Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate and ensure the store team embodies Fossil's 6 Core Values in a spirit of collaboration.
  • Execute Fossil Brand Philosophy and Company Vision.
  • Provide personal customer service and selling skills, actively participating in team meetings.
  • Partner with the Store Manager on action plans to exceed goals and plans.
  • Communicate successes, opportunities, and solutions to the Store Manager.
  • Gain knowledge and develop team-selling skills to deliver a Radical Customer Experience.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Customer service experience.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
