Responsibilities

• Arrange service appointments, sales consultations, and inspections, providing detailed cost and service information.
• Educate customers about Service Agreements, membership benefits, and current specials.
• Make outbound calls for scheduling, renewals, confirmations, and more.
• Maintain accurate customer records, process orders, and track service details.
• Escalate unresolved issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Assist with product inquiries, distribute customer communications, and manage seasonal reminders and surveys.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent with at least two years of customer service experience preferred.
• Strong ability to interact professionally with customers, vendors, staff, and the general public.
• Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Service Titan or similar CRM software; basic mathematical skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment while working under pressure.
• Ability to adapt to changes in the work environment, manage competing demands, and handle frequent changes, delays, or unexpected events.
