About the position

Foss Heating and Cooling is seeking a dedicated and organized Customer Service Representative to join their team in Mt. Vernon. The role focuses on coordinating daily installation schedules, managing communications, and ensuring a smooth customer experience from start to finish. The representative will handle various tasks including scheduling, managing sales appointments, and overseeing internal marketing efforts, all while providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily installation scheduling with the Install Manager.
• Prepare job packets for installations.
• Handle sales and install packets, customer scheduling, subcontractors, permits, and inspections.
• Manage communication between installers, customers, vendors, and the office.
• Track sales performance and oversee internal marketing efforts.
• Complete follow-up calls for sales and installations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• 1-2 years inside sales, call center, or telemarketing experience is a plus.
• Experience in the HVAC industry is a plus.
• Knowledge of Service Titan software is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong computer skills and ability to type a minimum of 30 wpm.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Positive 'can do' attitude.
• Ability to multi-task.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in the HVAC industry.
• Knowledge of Service Titan software.
