About The Position

Requirements

• Bilingual proficiency required.
• Motivation to acquire product knowledge for customer recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer inquiries both in person and over the phone.
• Maintain system information including product pricing and availability.
• Enter customer orders and suggest additional products.
• Provide technical assistance to customers when needed.
• Contact truck run customers for timely order placement.
• Make same-day follow-up calls regarding backorders and delivery dates.
• Participate in sales initiatives to solicit potential and existing customers.
• Research and resolve customer service complaints.
• Handle warranty and return requests, completing necessary documentation.
• Track shipments as necessary.
