About the position

The Customer Service Specialist for 3PL Warehouse Operations at Egreen Transport is responsible for serving as the primary point of contact for customers regarding third-party warehouse operations. This role involves addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and coordinating order fulfillment processes to ensure accurate and timely delivery of goods. The specialist will monitor inventory levels, manage shipping schedules, and communicate service updates to clients, all while ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding third-party warehouse operations, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Coordinate order fulfillment processes between customers, warehouses, and logistics partners to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
  • Monitor inventory levels and provide updates to clients, ensuring accurate stock reporting and replenishment planning.
  • Manage and track shipping schedules, resolving delays or discrepancies in coordination with warehouse and logistics teams.
  • Address and resolve operational issues, such as damaged goods, lost shipments, or order discrepancies, in a timely manner.
  • Communicate service updates, alerts, or process changes to clients, ensuring transparency and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and analyze operational reports, including order accuracy, turnaround times, and customer feedback, to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, logistics, and warehouse managers, to align customer needs with operational capabilities.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures in handling customer accounts and warehouse operations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or a related field preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer service, logistics, or warehouse operations.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with third-party logistics (3PL) operations is preferred.
  • Bilingual in English and Chinese.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and documentation.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with third-party logistics (3PL) operations is preferred.
