Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • Valid driver's license and auto insurance
  • Proficient with MS Word, Excel, Facebook, Instagram
  • Ability to positively and proactively handle customer concerns
  • Ability to quickly learn new procedures and processes
  • Ability to work independently and as a team member
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level attention to detail
  • Tolerance for ambiguity, keep calm under pressure
  • High level of reliability, accountability and initiative
  • Willingness to work flexible hours
  • Customer Service and/or Sales experience
  • Experience handling multiple phone lines is a plus

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
  • Sales experience (1 year preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests and deliver 5-star service.
  • Greet customers in a timely, professional, and engaging manner in person and over the phone.
  • Use comprehensive knowledge of the company's products and services to handle sales, give estimates, schedule appointments, and coordinate projects.
  • Learn company procedures and policies and implement them in day-to-day operations.
  • Check customers in and out, ensuring all details are covered and paperwork is completed.
  • Create efficiencies in planning projects, scheduling, and assigning tasks.
  • Assist management with quality control, ordering, correspondence, and hospitalities.
  • Facilitate acquisition of materials and supplies for the team.
