We are looking for a bright, motivated, and driven individual to join our team as a Customer Service Specialist. In this role, you will ensure our customers receive a timely and quality customer experience while focusing on reviewing and accurately troubleshooting their needs and assisting in the management of their insurance policies. This is a fast-paced role on a highly collaborative team where individuals can contribute meaningfully to a rapidly growing business in an exciting industry.
Responsibilities
- Issuing insurance certificates
- Processing policy changes
- Assisting in process improvement
- Supporting the 'pay as you go' insurance program
- Collaborating daily with team members on Client Launch, Account Life, and Sales teams
- Participating in various projects to develop the best ways to scale for growth
Requirements
- 2+ years working in customer service
- New York or Massachusetts Property & Casualty Insurance License (preferred)
- Detail orientation in customer and policy information
- Experience using software tools such as Excel, G Suite, policy management, and accounting systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
