About the position

The Customer Site Warehouse Support position at Fastenal is a part-time role focused on facilitating the movement of products through the customer site in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This entry-level position offers the opportunity for flexible scheduling after an onboarding and training period, emphasizing safety, health, and sustainability in operations.

Responsibilities

  • Operating computer programs and wireless hand held devices
  • Moving and handling product accurately
  • Auditing and preparing outgoing shipments to customer facilities
  • Maintaining the cleanliness/organization of work area
  • Complying with health, safety and sustainability rules and expectations
  • Participating in activities and programs that help the company achieve health, safety and sustainability objectives
  • Learning, passing, and practicing various environmental health and safety trainings

Requirements

  • Possess a current full valid driver's license issued in the country where the job is located
  • Ability to meet driving record requirements to use a company vehicle
  • Learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
  • Work independently as well as in a team environment
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule/extra time as needed
  • Demonstrate core values of ambition, innovation, integrity and teamwork
  • Lift, slide, carry and lower packages that typically weigh 25lbs-50lbs and may weigh up to 100lbs
  • Pass the required drug screen

  • Prior warehouse experience
  • Prior experience operating a forklift
