The Customer Success Specialist’s role is to participate in the planning, coordination, solution development and implementation activities related to the integration of applications and technologies to HID FARGO Connect, FARGO printers and other cloud-based solutions. Given end users and partners help shape our roadmap, proven communication skills are a must. Collaboration with all facets of the solution from hardware team to final integrations should excite you. Problem-solving skills, proficiency in programming languages and data structures, and knowledge of integration best practices are critical to successful performance in this role.
