About the position

At PushPress, we are committed to creating exceptional experiences for our clients. We are seeking a Customer Success Specialist who thrives on helping gym owners dominate their day and their business. The ideal candidate is a problem-solver who is passionate about the fitness industry and has a strong understanding of our clients' needs. This role is integral to the Customer Experience (CX) team, ensuring that our clients are not only satisfied but are also maximizing the value they get from our suite of tools.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a liaison between PushPress and our clients, ensuring their success and satisfaction with our products and their business.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Customer Advocacy Reps to understand client challenges and provide tailored solutions.
  • Work with the Advocacy Team to ensure a seamless handoff for new clients, setting them up for success from day one.
  • Follow up with clients at multiple points in their journey to ensure their needs are being met and to identify opportunities for further engagement.
  • Stay current on PushPress offerings and industry trends to provide informed and relevant advice to clients.
  • Respond promptly to client issues, resolving any basic problems and escalating complex issues as needed.
  • Host live demonstrations, webinars, and other client-facing events to clearly communicate the value of PushPress products.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients through phone, email, and text, proactively addressing their needs and concerns.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a Customer Success focused role, preferably in the Fitness Tech/SaaS space OR 3 years of Gym Ownership/Management experience is required.
  • Proficiency in using tools like Slack, Zoom, Google Calendar, Intercom, and HubSpot.
  • Experience with screen sharing, mobile screen sharing, and presenting digital solutions effectively.
  • Exceptional communication skills, comfortable engaging with clients across multiple channels (phone, email, text).
  • Strong project and time management skills with a demonstrated ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • A passion for the fitness industry and a commitment to helping others succeed.
  • A proactive approach to learning, with a desire to expand your knowledge of new concepts, ideas, and approaches.
